The staff
at CNC Home Care has extensive training in Dementia
and Alzheimer's, and also care
for individuals recovering from heart attack, stroke, or postoperative
procedures.

The staff
at CNC Home Care works with the family, social worker and
for physician to develop a Plan that allows the Client to
live independently within a familiar environment.
CNC is
licensed, bonded and insured. The Caregivers are mature, caring
and responsible individuals whose goal is to provide security,
companionship and to promote wellness. Caregivers can work
a minimum of 5 hours or in shifts around the clock.
